Yuri Alekseev.

Married. He has 2 children.
Affection for painting and creativity was discovered in early childhood. This gift, according to the artist, he inherited from his grandfather and father. Grandfather was a hereditary master of art forging. My father drew too and was also an expert in the field of electronics
Yuri learned to draw, studying of Russian painters - Shishkin, Serov, Savrasov.
1995 - participant of the exhibition in Moscow, in the State Duma.
1996 - the first personal exhibition in the House of the Artist of Irkutsk.
1997- Diploma of the 1st degree in the regional contest "Creativity. Youth. Modernity. "
1998 - Diploma of the third degree "Creativity. Youth. Modernity "in Irkutsk.
1998 - Seriously ill with an oncological disease. Year of chemotherapy. Continued to draw even during the course of chemotherapy. Disability.

2002 - personal order for the Prosecutor General of Russia.
One of the Baikal landscapes was presented to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

Participant of 6 expeditions on Baikal as a part of scientific workers of the Irkutsk Limnological Institute of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
